That little logo to the left is a bug in the board. I am not a official represenative for DNN or any part of it, nor do I claim to be. It's there because Phil Guerra and I were going to take on the News project and due to other commitments, I couldn't fully dedicate myself to the project. Somehow, the logo has since been in there, go figure.

Nothing personal taken HoldUp. If my exchange with solar offended him or anyone else, then I do apologize. It was not my intent.

I feel the way he presented himself in the opening post was indeed personal in nature AND a personal attack/vendetta against the Core Team itself and their practices. It was also a public airing of "dirty laundry" that was not warranted or needed. And personally, I will not sit by idley on that type of behavior as I am extremely gratefule and personally indebted to the Core Team and what they have done for all of us over the lifetime of the DNN project.

If I am a bit passionate or harsh in my response and dedication, oh well. I am not here to impress anyone.

And just for the record, Microsoft didn't have a problem with my professionalism, my attitude, or my proud display of such when I worked for them. I was actually rewarded for it on many occasions.

Have a great day.

To further trivialize a discussion of core team actions/ method of actions, will do nothing to build for a positive profile of DNN management's credibility. Nor does it help to explain how this action befits their vision of the integrity which DNN will ascribe to in the future.

Take out the personal info in the "you have chosen to resign" letters, and think about the intent to mislead. Or more directly, the intent to call upon others to mislead and issue false statements. How else can this statement be construed?   >>>"...indicate that you are choosing to retire and devote your energies on other endeavors (and to maintain this position in all public forums)."

Perhaps by their scant participation in this public discussion, the greater DNN community may be correct in noting that all DNN core team management agree with this intent to manage the truth. Publish a few non-personal parts of those letters and stand by their morality. Start with statements like >>> ...It is our preference that your resignation appear one of personal choice..."

What form of business would DNN like to become? "It's not personal, it's only business. You should know, Godfather"
