We use the Events module to display a calendar of events that our non-profit group conducts each month.  Our events cost less for members than non-members.  Is there a way to use the Events module to charge two different prices depending on whether or not the person enrolling is a member versus non-member?

Thank you,

Brian

Hi Brian

Did you solve this? We are building a web site for a non-profti and have exactly the same issue. Our approach has been to develop a new events module but perhaps it could have been easier?

We ended up registering for an account with 123signup.com to perform all the event registration functions.  So our website just redirecting users to the appropriate page on 123signup's site.  However, I did find a DotNetNuke module that was close to what we needed.  It was called Bookable Events.  The author did offer to modify it for our needs, but unfortunately we didn't end up going that route.  I would recommend looking into that module.  The author was very responsive.

Best of luck to you.  Once you find a solution please post it here.

Thanks,

Brian

Thanks for that Brian. I think I had seen it before during the early part of this project. Our requirements needed something more extensive to help manage the volume and workflow. Wouldn't have been good at this stage to find we could have done this off the shelf rather than developing from scratch!
