Here's an email i receieved, is there something perhaps in the Web.config I can look at?

 

"> I had asked Ms Hardy to keep track of the times she was kicked out of the
> system.  Last night (13 Feb) she worked on the website and was kicked out
> more than 20 times in one hour....I was kicked out a number of times also
> while assisting personnel with there website yesterday afternoon????

There are a couple of things that would be helpful to identify the cause of the issue.

1.  What exactly were they doing just prior to getting kicked out?
2.  How long were they inactive before they got kicked out? (Look at the timeout setting in web.config to up the timeout if needed)
3.  Have they recently installed any service packs or updated IE privacy settings?

I have had a few problems with getting kicked out from my site specifically when I was deleting pages but it fixed itself.

The ISP have placed my web in a segregated Application pool and thus far, it has made a huge difference
