Is there a way to make a non-admin recieve registration notifications? I do not want the webmaster to have admin permissions.

I tried a dummy admin account with the webmasters email and unauthorized the admin - this would be fine if the password was not available in the "forgot password" link - also the account is automatically re-authorized when you enter the verification code for said account
