Well I'm a little perplexed.  This is the only CMS program that I've come across whereby we cannot have our questions posted unless the moderator has approved it first? HUH?????????????????????????????????? That's pretty wierd....when u can always just delete it..........It's interesting to have to wait minutes or perhaps hours for a response.  I personally use a cms program for support FIRST and than ease of use second.  Not sure this is the one for me....just wanted to put my two sense worth in...I've never had this problem before

moderation makes sure, that your post is passing one of the team members and gets a better chance to be answered by our experts.  please note, that you will get unmoderated after a number of complient posts.

As it has already been mentioned it ensures that someone sees your post right away, and also I have found that it keeps the content of these forums very clean, that way you don't have a large number of spam and not DNN related posts.

Also, as it was mentioned you become unmoderated after a fairly short time as long as your posts are not out of line.
