Hello, I enabled ASP.Net 2.0 and SQL Server support on a vdir I created at my hoster, uploaded all 4.4.1 files, and when calling default.aspx from IE, the installer fails (after 30 seconds) with following error - I double checked that the connection string in web.config points to the correct database.mdf file... and I don't see any way to "attach" the database.mdf file to the engine - Any idea?

Error Installing DotNetNuke

Current Assembly Version: 04.04.01

ERROR: Could not connect to database specified in connectionString for SqlDataProvider

It is possible that your hosting provider isn't allowing dynamic attachment.  If they have already created a database for you you can try to change both connection strings to reflect a standard connection supplying the server, database, username, and password.  DNN will create the needed tables etc.

If you need help with the connection string format www.connectionstrings.com is a great resource.
