HI

Excuse my impatience, but I've read through many articles, some on this forum, some elsewhere about the impending release of aspdotnetstorefront for DNN.

I'm currently trying to build what will be a store in DNN, I've looked through the modules for a store, and there are not many, and a simple search through these forums are negative in their description of them.

aspdotnetstorefront promises a lot, but it seems to be taking forever, I've read there's a beta release for late Feb 07, (isnt that now??)
Any screenshots? Previews? More details? The last piece of news on their site is a "puff of smoke" from early fall 2006.

Does anyone have a link to a really good site that's ecommerce and built on DNN? Just so I can get a better idea how versatile DNN is?

Besides, what is taking so long, it looks like its been promised for months, and there's no sign of any official word on the site. have they pulled the plug?

As far as puff of smoke or whatever, feel free to move ahead with a better alternative. There have been status updates posted along the way.

My favorite quotes from the developer are the following:

we're working on it as fast as possible. Not giving any more "BETA ETA's"...sorry. it will happen just as fast as humanly possible, and as fast as we can do it properly. All current DNN storefront suck...we do not plan to follow that pattern, so if it delays a week/month, so be it.

We are making great progress, and working very closely with core DNN engineers. The product will be great...but we cannot force it any faster (wish we could also)

This set of modules will be killer. Just be patient.
