Hello all,

I have a client/user who was editing something under the "Site Settings" for their portal and it resulted in the inability to access "Settings" on anything including modules and pages.  The site is operational and content can be viewed, but you can change anything.  All other portals on the server are working fine.

I tried doing a SQL restore and a file restore of the whole DNN database and file structure, but that did not work.  I also tried upgrading from 3.0.12 to 3.3.7 (rolled back with the restore).

I am at a loss and I hate to tell the client they have to rebuild their site from scratch.  Any help???

Regards,

Neochaos

without further details on the error, I see no option to assist you.

As all configuration information is stored in the database, I do not understand, why a database rollback did not solve the issue.

Ok, well, I wish I had an error to share... I just get a blank page.

I will tell the customer they will have to rebuild the site.  :(

Thanks anyway.
