I can not give anyone other than Admins or Host permissions to use the blogs on any of my child portals. Has anyone else had this problem? its not just the blogs, the forum module is acting the same way aswell. Did I miss something in the creation of the child portals? I'm really boggled by this

Thanks in advance to anyone who can lend some help

There are numerous ways it might happen... but off the top of my head, is it possible the host has defined these modules are premium?  If not, look for a video on user create/edit rights on newblog.dnnmodule.net.
