How do I give registered users the ability to post threads etc. I have added the "Registered Users" role to the "Authorized edit roles" and the "Authorized roles" (in the "Is role restricted" section) under the "Forum Administration" --> "Manage Forums / Groups" part but when I log on as a registered user (checked the user roles and the user I created is in the registered users role) I cant seem to add a thread or a post. Do I have to include the role somewhere else as well??????

Just go into the Module Setting Section that is shown in the action menu of the module.

Set the permissions of the module to edit for the Registered Users.

By setting these permissions Registered users can post in the forums.

Thanks for that, something so simple yet I overlooked it. Cheers

Whilst I am here, my editor for creating threads / posts is squished up to the side (only expands about 40% of the container / page. How can I make it so that it expands about 98% of the container / page?

Module Setting Section?  Logged in as host I have Module Definitions - but no role settings there.  We have 4.3.7 - I have a user role set up for HO and a user with that user role - however when the log in they can't see that page - and the page has rights to see that HO user role.  What am I missing?
