I have created a login module modeled after the (core) Account Login Module.  I have used it and tested it just fine.  However, there was something that I was not noticing during the initial testing phase.  When I was adding the module to a page, it would make another module on the page seemingly disappear.  However, deleting the login module would make the module reappear again.  This led me to believe that an error was getting thrown, and I was right.  I get the following error in the Log Viewer:

I cannot find the FillModuleInfoDictionary method in the ModuleController class to try and determine where the error is occurring in my code.  Can anyone assist with this this?  What would be the next place to look to track down this problem?

I am once again answering my own question.  :)

I failed to properly define each control in the module definition.  Once I properly defined the controls, everything is working as intended.

So, if anyone else out there has "stepped in it" like I just did, check out the definitions of your individual controls for your module.
