Once you have the blog code updated as you desire, you can then package it as a module and upload it to your site, this will overwrite the current version and give you your new updated functionality.

Hi Michael !

Thanks a lot for your help. You have a lot of great articles, and actualy they were my base to develop my first DNN modules. In this case i need to change the Blog module, and in your sample you package a custom module that exists inside the "desktopmodules" folder, so you can install it and have it in the module definitions of your site. How can i replace the default version of the blog that is installed by adding core modules in the module definition page with the source code version, allowing debuging of the blog source inside my site and then following your article to package it ? If this is not possible, how can i run and debug the blog source code i have downloaded and how can i install it on my site ?

Thaks again for all the help !
