I am programming a custom module in DNN 04.04.01 when i click any kind of button the .click handler function is not executing unless i am logged in as a user. i.e when im logged in as host it works but when im not logged in it doesnt work?

I have programmed modules on nuke before and never had this problem. Another thing ive noticed is the caching is really aggressive! ive turned it off in the host settings, the module i am programming and still it caches? can i turn this off

Make sure that the cache time is set to 0 in BOTH the module settings page AND also in the module definitions.  The reason that the click handler is being called properly when the user is logged in is that module cacheing is disabled for logged in users.
