Using DNN 4.3.  I'm looking for a way to specify columns a user must input upon registration.  When a new user registers, they only need input user name, first and last name, display name, e-mail, and pwd.  I have seen the manage profile link where the additional columns I need are located, and you can even require them, but most users will not visit this link, much less provide required information.  I would also like to specify additional columns for registration, and have those required when the user registers.  Once again, these additional columns are only available for update when and if a user manages their profile.
