Hello All,

I am currently searching for a certain type of module and hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I would like a module that can keep track of certain things specific to each of my users.  For example, I would like each of my users to be able to login to my portal and be able to upload certain files specific to our relationship with them, such as network diagrams (PDF) for their company, billing history, specific pricing and specials, etc.  Optimally, I would be able to upload files to their account that only they would have access to.  They would be able to upload files as well, that obviously only they would be able to see.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?  I'm sure it's been done before.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I think Bring2Mind has a documents module and Speerio offers File Manager Pro. I believe both of these are capable of what you are looking for.

Speerio file manager is great for this application - we use it in house for client services - and also has the ability to handle really large uploads 100meg plus.

You can try module from http://components.init.si . With module you can create form that supports unlimited binary upload to db or file system. Module allows use of dnn tokens so you can set configuration (on some hidden field)  and save [User:username] into each record. You can also filter data with same token, so each user can see only his own records. This method allows to save some additional data with binary file (description, date, other dnn variables etc).
