I need to spread the word about 2designstudio.net. I bought a skin from them a couple of months ago.  When i uploaded the skin into DNN the skin was full of problems and errors.

I attempted to contact Lorelei with 2designstuidos.net and responses were very slow and when a response was recieved her support was minimal to non-existant.  After fighting with the template for a month I requested a refund from her because they advertise a 30 day money back gurantee.  Of course the refund was never recieved. (Apparently she never recieved the request,  Yeah Right!)

I was finally able to get my money back from my bank because the considered this transaction as FRAUD!!  Because they are selling worthless products and dont support them once purchased.

So buyer beware and 2designstudios.net

Small correction, think you mean 2designstudio.net  (non-plural)

Your post is interesting in that my experience with 2designstudios.net has been exactly the opposite.  They have been remarkably professional and fast with any skin mods I have requested and their rate has been most reasonable.  I have been totally satisfied with their service.  I don't know how much money was involved in your transaction and I'm glad you were made whole by your bank.  However, given some of the relationships 2designstudios.net has in the DNN community as a whole I can't imagine them wanting to damage that good standing for any amount of money.  Once again, they have been  excellent with us and I would quickly recommend them to others.  We will continue to work with them for the forseeable future.

The key in dealing with any sub-contractor is to make your needs known very clearly and in writing.  Specify exactly what you want them to do and get them to estimate the time required upfront and hold them to it.

Once again, I've had no problems of any kind with 2designstudios.net.  In fact they have been among, if not the best, subs I have ever utilized.
