Hi Jerry, 

I haven't checked back on this posting in a while so I missed your reply.  I have the module available off my website.  Just as a word of caution, I host the website off my home computer so if you run into problems email me and I will send the zip via eamil.  You can access the file at the url http://darkwolfwebdesign.no-ip.org/Default.aspx?tabid=129.  The module is titled "User Portal Assignment".  You can email me if you have any problems at nightsoul94@gmail.com.
