I'm attempting to setup my forum for the first time. I'm reading along in the documenation and I've come to the post attachments portion under "General Settings". I checked it to enable the functionality. Unfortunately, I'm unable to modify where the files are uploaded, the file extensions allowed, the maximum file size, nor any other settings described in the documentation (titled, "DNN Forum 3.20.01 - Getting Started"). The only other setting available to me is a checkbox to enable/disable Anonymous Downloads.

Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

You are not installing the module properly, you need to use Host -> Module Definitions -> Upload Module. (You are using file manager or something instead)

No, I did use the host upload module tool. I didn't use the file manager.

I appologize, I didn't ready your post properly. To change the place where files are uploaded, you need to use the Gallery/Smiles section. To control file types permitted, this is a host settings.

The only options I see in the Gallery & Smiles section are:

Use Gallery Wizard (icon button)
Smiley Gallery (Drop down list box)
Image Gallery (Drop down list box)
User Avatar Gallery (Drop down list box)
System Avatar Gallery (Drop down list box)
Enable Image Tag (Checkbox)
Enablge Smiley (Checkbox)
Enable Flash (Checkbox)
Enable Movie (Checkbox)

I don't see anything here dealing with uploads.

In the host settings, I only see an option to specify, in a textbox, what file extensions are allowed to be uploaded. Nothing about maximum file size.
