Roger,

I have added this and I am looking into all localization issues this next release.  I am also passing the module through the security and a localization review before release.  So please highlight any of these issues so i can fix them before hande so the modules don't need to be reviewed too many times by these folks.  Thanks.

Corrected the RSS issues.  I did this by passing in the TabId from the ForumThread.vb and picking it up in the ForumRSS.vb, with some middle code changes to accept the paramenter too.  I also added a target="_blank" so the rss feed opens a new window if viewing the threads view.  I would post details but its several changes and not a show stopper.

for UI consistence I propose to change the cursor into hand, when over an icon in settings (eg. for selecting moderator groups).
