We upgraded our DNN from 4.02 to 4.03.07. We are having a problem now in one of our custom modules where we query for folder permissions. It seems we only get a true response when we check a file in the portal root and always a false in any subdirectory. This code all worked prior to the upgrade. The code snippet is below:

 '***** START ****

Dim fc As New FolderPermissionController

Dim fpc As FolderPermissionCollection = fc.GetFolderPermissionsCollectionByFolderPath(PortalId, sFolder)

Return fc.HasFolderPermission(fpc, "READ")

'***** END *****

Anyone have any ideas?
