When it is uninstalled, the tables will be removed. So if you have a lot of links, I would suggest trying the fix on a test site first.

Hi,

I'v updated to the last version but still drop down link fails when logged out.

deleted the cach folder in the portel. How could this be fixed?

 

Anyone any thoughts?

You might need to restart your site. This has been fixed as it bypasses cache settings for that type of link only.

Hi,

I've restarted the application throught the host admin page "restart application" but still no use, logged out, closed IE,  tried again, but still no popup with the external link ex http://www.yourdomain.com

 I just don't get it anymore.

Experienced same thing running DNN 4.4.3 and links version 3.0.0.  Upraded to links 3.0.7.  Same problem.  When I select 0 in page cache the problem seems to go away.

Not a very scientific description of problem to solution, but that's what I saw.
