Let me get this straight.  The way I read the tool tip, I am supposed to enable edit privalages for the module for every role I want to be able to post ot the forum.  I did that and it seems to work but I am not confused by the Authorized Edit Roles: option under General Setting.  When I click the folder, everything in the popup is greyed out and no roles show up to pick from.  The search is also greyed out so I can't use that.  How do I enable that?  Thanks!

Again me. Sorry to bother you, but this really drives me crazy.

It doesn't make any difference if I am logged in as partal admin or site host.

I have just created a demo dnn site here at DotNetNuke thats shows exactly the same problem. Within the next 24 hours it should be available via:

http://demo.dotnetnuke.com/Default.aspx?alias=demo.dotnetnuke.com/tomtomtom

Login as: tomtomtom
Pwd: tomtomtom

Then open the admin panel for the forum, manage forums, select the "General" forum and try to add a moderator role or a view or edit role.

A new window opens, but nothing is selectable in it.

PLEASE ! I can't be the only one struggeling over this problem.

Any help is welcome !!!

cu, Tom.

Now: THAT WAS ENLIGHTENING !!!

The Internet Explorer doesn't show this problem !

So there seems to be a problem with the Mozialla Firefox v2.0.0.1.
There is already a v2.0.0.3 version out, but I haven't installed it yet.

From my site this case is closed now.

Again, sorry having bothered you, but this might be an important info for other dnn admins as well.

cu, Tom.
