I entered a valid external URL and it works fine. I then (stupidly?) entered a relative path thinking it would work better in the "file" section and now I cannot get into the portal at all as I get an " invalid address error". I can see the browser trying to open the regular URL and then it switches to a mixed up version that is a non-existant URL and I get the error.

Is there anyway to overide and get back in to DNN so I can clear the error?

Solution found! Ed Diaz of our team came up with the solution to get past this lock out.

“I entered the URL for the Login . .

I then went in through admin and deleted the home page and created a new one.”

That solved it and I was able to go in and recreate the Home Page and get back on track.
I hope this helps anyone else who becomes "locked out".

Do you have access to your sql server? If so, open the table modulesettings and search for a row with settingsname "src" and a value starting with "http:///".  Delete or overwrite this setting.
