Hello everyone

This is a new install on a shared host provider.

I copied the 3.2.2 install directories to a sub web and gave the proper rights as I can see but I get a parsing error on the Httpmodules section on the web.config

This error usually means that the assembly is not in the \bin folder.  Check that the HttpModule assembly is actually in the \bin, and if not rebuild the solution.
