Hi All
I have DNN 4.1.1 with Visual Studio 2005 and SQl server 2005. Following  the PDF documentation (DotNetNuke 4.0 Module development) I am trying to create a sample module HelloWorld in visual studio 2005, but I get an error when I try to create a new project. the error message is like this.

"The project file 'c:\doc........\temp\helloWorld.vbproj' cannot be opened.
the project type is not supported by this installation"

A quick reply will be great.

I've applied SP1 for Visual Studio 2005, yet I continue to receive the error mentioned above.  Is there a service pack newer than SP1?

VS2005 SP 1 is the latest version.

I suggest to have a look at the module development tutorial by DNN core team member Michael Washington.
