Is there a way or is it possible to include customized modules into DNN starterkit so that when i install DNN to another computer, everything will be there...?

Yes it is... Withouth doubting the motives behind this idea (and it sounds doubtfull if that is what you really want), you can take the starter kit... rename it from .vsi to .zip, and just add to zip the files you need and of course reverse the extension back to it's original.

May i know which folder to add to..?

Depends where you want it to appear...

Probably you will add it partially to DesktopModules and partially in bin folder. Just copy it keeping the same directory structure as you have in your host.
