Is there a DotNetNuke SDK help file in CHM format or MS Help 2.x Collection that I could add to my Visual Studio Help Contents? Yesterday I did some research on adding custom MS Help 2.x Collections to Visual Studio 2003 and the Microsoft Document Explorer used by Visual Studio 2005. It can be done using the Visual Studio .NET Help Integration Kit 2003 and the tools provided by Far-V4.2.0 from Helpware.net. I was able to add my personal notes and the Storefront 6.0 Help to my Visual Studio 2003 Help Contents. I was really thrilled with this because I have been maintaining my notes in HTML Help for years and now I have them available in Visual Studio!
