Hi

Have this strange behavior for my subsites. The users (including admin user) is logged out/kicked out after they log in correctly. But the host user are not kicked out.

Are using DNN 4.4.1 - anyone have an idea, why this happens.

all sites on the same domain do share a single cookie, i.e. when you are switching between parent and child portals, you will be logged out for security reasons. I suggest to use sub domains (sub.mydomain.com) instead of child portals (www.mydomain.com/sub)

Hi, and thanks for a very quick answer.
This kicking out happens after the user is logged in and select to view another page on the same subsite.

Strange.

Hi. The only user this does not happen to is the host user. All the rest are kicked out. Even if they try to edit a text/html module.

Yes are using 3rd part modules. Will try to move them one by one, to see if they do this to me :-)
