I hope I can explain this and still make sense...A client recently requested that her website have the ability to have a standard Contact Us page, but she wants to be able to retain the information on the site in a database, that way she can have a centralized location for the info that's been entered, as well as have the ability to output to a file (XLS, Comma-delimited, etc). Are there any modules out there that do this already?

I realize that the user registration is practically a shoe-in but she is wanting this to be seperate from the site's registration (marketing purposes).

Ideas, flames, comments? =)

there are a number of commercial forms module, that shall be able to accomplish this.

Upon further research (see also: I RTFM'd) it seems this is now built into the Core Feedback module, but I'd still like a bit more customization for field names and types. Any particular modules you could name off the top of your head by chance?

we are developing our own one, but I read a recommendation for FormMaster from www.code5systems.com in the forums yesterday.
