Hi, I finally configured my dedicated box and now a new install of DNN is waiting to be configured. I have a demo website, which I would like to use the initial settings to get me started. Is there a way to simply move one or a few folder to get this done ?

You could login as host onto your demo site and go to the host/portals menu. From there you can create a Portal Template. Copy that template from the /portals/_default folder to the /portals/_Default folder on your new box.

On the new site go to admin/wizard and apply that template to your site.

Depending on what modules you have on the demo site vs the new site you may want to install all the modules you need on the new site before you apply the template via the wizard
