Hi All,

I'm a dotNetNuke newbie, I'm evaluating vers 3.3.3 on .Net 1.1.  We will go with vers 4.* and .Net 2.0 if we decide to use dotNetnuke, just evaluating on my old machine.   I had this problem not being able to delete a portal, argumentoutofrange / indexoutofrange and found that it was because the portal I was trying to delete hadn't been assigned an http alias yet, eg http://www.mysite.com, I edited the portal in dotNetNuke, scrolled down to the bottom of the edit page and there's a module/panel called portal aliases, I added a new alias, then clicked update.  I then edited the portal again and was able to delete.

Hope this is of help,

Keith.
