Just downloaded the upgrade and applied it to a live install worked a dream.  However, AJAX doesnt seem to be enabled by default cant seem to find the setting anywhere.  Where do you enable it?

Seems you have to modify your containers to get ajax working.  However, I cant get inline editing working even know it's enabled by default in site settings.

INline edit requires version 4.5.0 of the Text/HTML module installed.  Unfortunately it is not included in the upgrade package nor available fo separate download, but can be extracted from the other packages where it is placed inside the /install/module folder.

surely someone needs to make a package for this would make soo much sense!  Which packages can it be extracted from looks such a nice feature on the dnn demo site.
