Hi,

I am installing a DotnetNuke3.2.2 site in a windows server 2003(IIS6) system which is in an intranet. After installation when I try to access the site from another machine in intranet, I get windows authetication dialogue for windows server 2003 system. If provided valid username and password, site can be accessed smoothly. How can I avoid this dialogue?

For a simple asp.net virtual directory in the server machine I dont get this dialogue when tried to access from intranet.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Swapna.

Have you allowed Anonymous access on the Directory Security on IIS for that virtual directory?

Hi,

I havent changed the anonymous security settings for dotnetnuke virtual directory. The default value will be there. Is the default value set to restricted security?

For the simple asp.net virtual directory also I didnt change anonymous security setting, but still it is accessible across the intranet.

Thanks for the point. I will check this out.

Thanks,

Swapna.
