I can't say for sure as I installed the module just before I upgraded the site.

A little more info to help you reproduce this. (I also recall having the same issue on a 3.1.1 site)

The users with the problem had permission to upload but not approve. The file size showed for the upload yet the files did not arrive at the server. If I set everything so the upload role also has approval rights everything seems to work.

Quick question. I'm going to assume you're running SQL2000 still but what db are you running DNN4 under?

Sorry, should have posted that - SQL 2005 Express, but not using it with the "default" connection strings. Using SQL 2005 Express and treating it just as if it were 2000 or 2005 with Multiple db's. Make sense?
