Hello.

I just upgraded my site to 4.4.1.  Now only the Administrator and Host user can see documents.  I have tried changing the permissions using File Manager, but no joy.  What happened here?  None of my users can see their documents for download.

Please provide any help that you can.  thank you.

Regards

ltm

I had this same issue. It was a combination of directory permissions and module permissions. we had to make sure the directory was able to be accessed by all users and then made sure the module settings shared those same permissions. We also had to restart the webservice but cant confirm if that was because of other changes or not.

Hello.

I trolled around and found the post(s) with the skinny on this.  You are exactly right.  Permissions. I didn't have to restart IIS for these changes though.

Thanks for the reply...
