Update to this. It seems there were a couple of processes running in SQL server which were causing issues, I should of noted them down but at the time I was just trying to backup, once I stopped them though everything started working again.

I've just upgraded from 4.5 to 4.5.1 and so far I can't see any errors and it seems to be running smoothly again.

If this happens to anyone else I figured out that it was a caching problem.

I changed the Page persistence to Page

Module Caching to Memory

Perfomance setting: Heavy Caching

Authenticated Cacheability to Public

and things started working again.

Mark, do you have the error which also disappear ??? I am talking about the error concerning
