Does anyone know of a good pre-made skin for DNN 4 that would be suitable for a K-12 school website?

We've been tasked with "making the website look better", but do not have any futher information on what they what it to look like, just "better".

I guess it would really depend on what you're starting with. Also, you can always just make the skin from scratch, allowing you to better integrate their colors, logo, and other graphical elements (mascot, slogans, etc). Dealing with vague customers is really an art in and of itself, very much akin to being able to read minds.

I've got an older skin from a 2004 site I did - I could make some changes to it.

It was designed to have a different skin for each grade, with the main image able to be updated by the teachers to have studen pictures on the front.

Here's a screenie of it..  There was another one for the parent's portal - but it was quite different to this.
Not sure off the top of my head how much it would be but you get the idea of how it can be used.

Boy is that an understatement!  I did design one from scratch, and have been using it for a couple of years.  They have never been happy with it though, and have been unable to tell us what they want.  Hence, we cannot design it to meet their needs or have a custom skin designed because we don't know what to design towards...  It's a no-win situation, so we're looking at purchasing some pre-made skins now and trying that route.

Thanks Nina, if you could figure that out we'd probably be interested in those.  Do you still have my e-mail address from when we talked about this a year or so ago?
