After I upgrade Events Module from v3.2 to v3.3.7 using host account, I get the message "Please update module settings...contact Portal Admin." with all Modules Admin Function gone. It seems host account no longer as Admin. However, as I login as Admin, I can get all modules Admin function back and never host account.

Hi Allen,

Thank you for reply my question. I did look every module we used. They all look as the same before. I notice that our website's Logo also gone and I have no way put it back on. I try to click on "Manage Profile" any user account and Newsletter function in Admin. I always get following message:

A critical error has occurred.
The type initializer for 'DotNetNuke.Modules.HTMLEditorProvider.HtmlEditorProvider' threw an exception.d

My Machine is a very clean new XP pro installation, DNN v4.5 new installation and your new Events v03.03.07 clean installtion only. I wish all these help you solve the problem for us. This is great great DNN Module. Thanks a lot.

Hi Willie

I too got the same error "Please update module settings...contact Portal Admin." when I installed the "Events" module on DotNetNuke 4.4.1 Installation. I went to Module settings and set the "Event Time Zone" to my TimeZone and the error disappeared.

Hope this helps.
