My group and I have created a webpage for the garneau tennis and volleyball club, http://garneau-tennis.com.s33.dnsdotnetpark.info, and we have an issue when a person access our custom module viewcourtavailability on our http://garneau-tennis.com.s33.dnsdotnetpark.info/GarneauHomePage/CourtOptions/CourtAvailability/tabid/63/Default.aspx page.

As an administrator the module works fine. The problem occurs when logged in to the site as admin it seems to lock the server side and stops everyone else from being able to use the module; so when the guest clicks the show or magnifier button in the module it does nothing. What makes this problem wierd is that no error messages appear for the user.

Has anyone else ran into this problem, and or found a fix?

This issue is not something that can be easily answered with a simple fix.  What types of database operations are you doing when accessing the admin functions of the site?

Also, do you have module caching enabled?  If so you might try disabling it as I know it has caused many interesting issues for individuals in the past.

Thanks Mitchel for giving us feedback on the issue.

For Module caching, I have set Default cache time to 0. I hope that disabled it, if not could you let me know how I can disable it.

For the database interactions, admin and normal user interactions with the database should be the same for this module.

All the module does is when the user selects a date grabs all the court information for that date in the database. We are not to sure if this is a database error or an acctual code behind error of the module. We believe its a code behind error, since we don't think we are even hitting the database when this error occurs. We have left most of the default module code in besides the try catch in the page load, and the 1stcontent area; I am wondering now if any of the default code is coming back to bite us.
