I would have thought so, but did the previous start kit have such a file? Not sure that it did.

Thank you so much for this kind of detail.  Is there anyway we can get the core team to include these kinds of release notes/bug fixes in the actually distrubution itself (zip file) so we don't have to search for it on gemini (btw, I can't find a change log for 4.5.1).

It did, and using that file startupkit seems to be working, but I had some unrelated problems:

If you try to add a C# module, it generates code with some errors (i.e. if statement looking like this "If", some comments in code commented using VB comments insted of //).

Why does Gemini only show 3 issues being fixed?

 Especially for a web.config change...   where is that in the upgrade documentation...  or blog..  or Gemini..   or you know where these official announcements should be  :)
