Hi,

I am using 1and1 also and getting the same error, just as you I have gone throught their FAQ and made sure the web.config is setup just as they suggest. For some reason I can login a couple of times before the error occur, I have also found that applying the file permissions in the web files app it will work again but only for a little while.

1and1 have been fairly helpfull and their hosting package is great, BUT it I can't run my website there because of security settings I might aswell run it somewhere else...

Can anyone else match this:

ASP.NET 2.0
MSSQL 2000\2005
200 gig
2500 email addresses w\2 gig each
$ 10 per month.

If they can please let me know?

Thanks,
Ronny
