I am building a new dnn site and want a login area permantly on my home page as well as the standard login page.

But i am unsure what ascx file to edit.  Singin.ascx, user.ascx, login.ascx  !*!?

Keeping in mind that both the signin or login area and separte page need to be different.

Can somone tell me which files to edit.  I would assume that i could use the same file, make a copy and rename it

Cheers

Just add the Login Module to your home page.  As long as you don't set it as the "login page" you will still have 2 places to login!

Thanks

That done the trick but my only issue was that i wil be skinning the login control and the front page one will need to look different to the fullpage one.  If that makes any sense.

I need a small one on the left coloum of my frontpage and a whole page one should the user choose to use the small link i have on the top header.

Cheers anyway

Hm...in this case you might need to use a custom module for this.

You can change the container from one to the other, but I do not believe you can change much more than that.
