can this module connect to the database? save the score of the user in an existing database? using asp.net and vb.net?

I do believe the results are stored in the DNN database with a separate table for the form, however it would be best to go to their forums and confirm

Enterprise Forms does connect to the database and saves results to the database. You can set it (on a form by form basis) to create tables based on the form elements you are posting, and it will put the data in those tables. Otherwise it saves the data in xml string in one column.

As a Dotnetnuke module, it is an asp.net application.

It is a fairly complex module with configurable workflow as needed. A bit of a learning curve but worth it.

You can create your own online forms for testing at longnhi.com.

I have done a quiz module before - very specific but with a bit of work i could sell it what kind of features are you wanting in it other than what you mentioned

PS i have the forms module being talked about and i dont like it to complex for what it does (just my 2 cents sorry)
