Before purging the domain accounts, I thought it "might" be useful to capture what the database says about a particular account beforehand.  So, I picked one user that I know wasn't able to work right, did SQL queries on all the relavant user tables and posted it here.  (Note: I change the user info to firstname/lastname to make it easier to decipher.)

If I had to take a guess, I'd say the DNN upgrade process is leaving a lot of excess account information laying around...

Hi, I am having problems with Active Directory single sign-on in DNN 4.5.1. Users are not able to login automatically and now users are getting request timed out when accessing the WindowsSignin.aspx page. Can anyone confirm if upgrading to 4.5.3 will solve this problem?

Are you getting the same errors as described in this thread?  If so, then upgrading to 4.5.3 won't help.  It won't hurt (some bug fixes), but it won't solve log-in problems.
