FYI to those who may come after me...

Looks like there is a problem with the SQL for the 4.5.1 upgrade if you have an Object Qualifier set.  The file with the problem is 04.05.01.SqlDataProvider.  The SQL that ships is:

/* correct any File folderpaths which do not match the value in the Folders table */
update {objectQualifier}Files
set    Folder = FolderPath
from   Folders
where  Files.FolderID = Folders.FolderID
and    Folder <> FolderPath

I believe it should be:

/* correct any File folderpaths which do not match the value in the Folders table */
update {objectQualifier}Files
set    Folder = FolderPath
from   {objectQualifier}Folders
where  {objectQualifier}Files.FolderID = {objectQualifier}Folders.FolderID
and    Folder <> FolderPath
