Hey all. I recently installed SigmaPro Draconis (used to run a IT Help Desk) and I have been having some problems. Confirmation emails when tickets are submitted are not being sent like they are supposed to. Im not sure if there is some general setting in DNN that has to be enabled...any ideas?

Thanks.

You should try posting this on their support forums

Were the emails from SigmaPro ever working?  If not, you need to login as HOST and then go to the advanced portal settings and add your mail server information under SMTP settings.  Remember to UPDATE and it should work as if by magic.
