The delete icon is not appearing when I go to delete a group.  I have deleted all of the forums within the group, but the delete icon never appears.  However, when I expand the group as if I was adding a forum to the group, the delete icon appears next to the group that have forums in them. The group I am trying to delete is the default group that is created when the forum module is installed onto a page.

I am not sure I have seen this problem, I am pretty sure though the version going through the release process doesn't ever show this type of issue.
