I only have admin rights.  The SuperAdmin allowed the file types and I was able to upload the vcards into a subdirectory using the filemanager without the file restriction error.  I assumed I could do a hyperlink from a person's name directly to the respective vcard and all would be well, but once I got the hyperlinks in place, I'm getting a page not found.  What step am I missing here, or do I need Hosting rights?  Thank you.

When you are linking are you including the full URL, for example for me to link to content in my portal I have to be sure to have the /Portals/0/mysubfolder/myfile.txt

Where you put your portal id in for the 0 in my example

I am highlighting the information in the edit page that I want hyperlinked, then choosing the hyperlink button, then browsing directly to the folder where the files are located, and finally choosing the file that I want the hyperlink to download when a user clicks on it and then hyperlinking it to the text on the page, then updating the page.  The problem is, I still get a 404 Not found and the hyperlink is pointing to:  ../Contacts/tabid/61/portals0vcards/vcard.vcf  -- where vcard.vcf would be a particular name.vcf for each contact.  When I use the hyperlink tool, it actually puts in the /portals0vcards/ so I don't have to type a link.  Are you saying I need to change that to /portals/0/vcards/ to make it work?

I would try changing it to

/Portals/0/vcards/vcard.vcf

and see if that works.  If it doesn't you will want to make sure that there isn't potentially a restriction on the web server that is preventing it from hosting .vcf files.
