you did not enable "Auto-Sync File System? " in host settings, did you? AFAIK this disables the scheduler job.

'Auto-Sync File System' is checked.

Also, 'Scheduler Mode' is set to Timer Method.

I can't think what it could be. I thought it might be a module caching issue... but even after waiting days the query does not pick up the new files in the db...

try to disable 'Auto-Sync File System' because it might interfere!

Heh, a good idea. It didn't make any difference though.

Hi There!

I'm having the same issue...I also followed the suggestion to uncheck the auto sync file system under the host settings, but still my scheduled synchronize did not work.  My new files and subfolders are not appearing in my reports module....

BUT what I have found...is updates to existing files are being refreshed via the scheduled sync...It's almost like we are missing the "Recursive" part of the scheduled auto sync to recognize new files and folders.

Any one else have ideas?  We are sooooooooooooooo close!  : )

Thanks!

please check manually the files and folders tables of your database for irregular or duplicate entries.
