I'm a little confused about the status of the AccessDataProvider.  I had the impression somehow from the 4.0 release notes that Access was supported in 4.0 and reading Shawn's blog suggests it would be included in beta 2.  But it's nowhere to be found in the install files.  Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks in advance,
Clint

I don't believe that a AccessDataProvider will be supported in future.

Since SQLExpress is available you can use SQLExpress as a file based Database provider, what advantages do you expect from an Access Data Provider.

My hosting service doesn't support SQLExpress.  So, for a website that wouldn't stress access, I was hoping that would give a cheaper way to deploy DotNetNuke.

Nonetheless, thanks for the info,
Clint
